The Owners of Clearwood Homes, Inc., John and Joe, have over 20 years combined experience in residential construction. John is a second generation contractor. He trained under his father, who was a Master Carpenter Contractor in the State of Florida for over 30 years.

Our Homes have quality construction throughout. We use roof trusses for more strength in our homes as well as wind bracing and hurricane straps. Clearwood Homes, Inc. is a hands on builder, we do a lot of the work ourselves. We do all the lot Preparation and Laying out of the footings. We also lay the block on most projects as a quality foundation is key to a Quality Home. We also do the Custom Trim work, Paint, Tile, Installation of the Cabinets, and the landscaping.
